We are reading the next chapter of 'The Jungle Book' in today's lesson before answering some questions based on that chapter. If you would like to read the pages and answer the questions independently then they are both below.
In today's guided reading lesson we start our new book focus which is... The Jungle Book. As always you can either listen to the teacher read the pages and then answer the questions or you can read the pages yourself and then answer the questions independently. The book pages and questions can be found below.
In today's guided reading, we are looking at a book called 'Town is by the Sea' by Joanne Schwartz and Sidney Smith. You need to watch the video to see the book being read through. If you wish to read it yourself then mute the video and read it at your own leisure. Afterwards you need to answer the questions based on the text which can also be found below.
Continuing this week's theme of looking at online informational texts, today's guided reading focuses on the Japanese capital city of Tokyo.
You can either choose to read and listen to the website being read through at the same time as the teacher by watching the video, or, if you would prefer to read through it independently, then follow the link at the bottom.
Once you have read through the website's information, have a go at answering today's questions which can also be found below as well.
