The activity for today is to act out the story of Handa using actions and props (if you wish to). I would suggest re-watching part of the story again and acting out that part first. Then continuing in this way until you reach the end of the story. It is quite tricky to remember all the animals in order so you may want to print off the puppets below and lay them in order (or take a page out of your home learning book and create your own!)

Topic

For today's topic lesson you are going to need to log into Purple Mash where a new 2do has been set up for you. Today you are going to be writing a postcard from Kenya as if you were there on holiday. First decide who you are going to write to. Then you need to tell them where you are and what you have been up to. Have you seen any animals? There are clues around the edge to help you write your sentences. Finally you need to say who it is from!
