This term we have been learning different skills and techniques needed in tennis! We have looked at forehand/backhand hits, underarm throws, footwork, finding free spaces and running to the ball. Today we are going to complete a 30 minute tennis-themed workout, which will practice all of those skills! You do not need any equipment and the instructor will show you how to do each activity. Look out for the exercises which use forehand and backhand arm movements too!

Once you have worked up a sweat with the workout, cool down with a 'Moana' themed yoga... focus on your breathing and stretch out all the muscles you have used!
