Today we are learning about household safety, which is especially important at the moment as we are all spending a lot more time indoors! We will watch a quick safety video, which explains some common safety tips when at home and then I will explain how we can recognise when a substance is dangerous and what to do if you see someone not staying safe around household substances. There are 2 activities to complete today. Activity 1 is a sorting activity of household items that are and are not safe. Activity 2 is a reflection activity about what you have learnt today. Household safety is so important, you may want to talk to your parents/carers at home about how to stay safe too :)
