Reading tasks for Thursday 11th and Friday 12th February
We really hope you enjoyed listening and reading along to the story of The Wolf Wilder. As an ending to this amazing book, we are setting you a variety of reading based tasks for you to choose from. These tasks will allow you to reflect on the story, think about the main themes and events that happened in it, think about the characters and think about your response to the The Wolf Wilder as well as your likes and dislikes.
Below is a list of tasks and some different templates for you to choose from! You must complete at least one of these tasks. It may take you today's reading session and tomorrow's reading session to finish as some of them will take some time to complete! If you finish a task today (Thursday) you can either complete a different task from the list on Friday OR complete the Chinese New Year reading comprehension uploaded (it is Chinese New Year on Friday!).
You can choose from:
1. Making an iMovie trailer using the iMovie app
2. Design a new front cover for Wolf Wilder
3. Complete a book review
4. Draw a comic strip of the whole story or a chapter/ exciting scene
5. Another response of your choice (an animation, a video of you talking about the book, questions you would ask if interviewing the author, a puppet show of the story....be creative!)
We look forward to seeing your creative responses to the book uploaded and shared on Dojo!
iMovie planning sheets (if you need them to help organise your trailer)
