Staying active is extremely important to make sure that both our bodies and our minds are healthy. I have included some videos below to have a go at for PE this week. Alternatively, if you are able to get outside, why not try going for a walk and take some pictures along the way. I know your teachers would love to see what you have been up to along the way.

In PSHE this week we are learning about resilience and having a positive attitude.

The video is all about famous sportspeople and how they stay focused on their goals and recover from disappointment. Talk about what they learnt from the video clip. 


On the document below or on a separate piece of paper, write about the different things they learnt from the clip and how they can apply these things in their own lives. Draw a picture to go with it. 

Log onto PurpleMash, if you are having any difficulties message your class teacher and they will be able to give you the password.  The video is a step by step guide to what they should do, feel free to pause it at any point to complete the section and then come back to the video and continue.
