Circles and Triangle groups complete the worksheet with * at the top right corner.
Squares and Rectangle group complete the worksheet with ** at the top right corner.
Pentagons complete the worksheet with *** at the top right corner. There is an extra reasoning and problem solving task too.
Today we are going to start to plan our riddle. First of all, we need to choose the animal we would like to write about. What do you know about the animal? What adjectives can you think of to describe them? Add it to your planning sheet. If you don't know much about the animal you choose, maybe you can use your fact finding skills from last week to help you discover some new facts!
If your child is still developing their writing skills, you can support them by asking them to complete one or two words of their short sentences.
Phonics
Please have a listen to and sing along to the ABC Youtube song as a warm up before we start phonics today :)
PE
Enjoy the cosmic kids yoga and then have a go at the mindfullness activity to relax afterwards.
Can you join your letters correctly and keep them the right size? Warm your hands and fingers up with today's Funky Fingers activity.
Today in art we will be learning what a collage is, different types of paper and different things you can do with paper. You will then start planning your own collage based on the picture we looked at last week by Henri Rousseau.
