Welcome to the Year 3 website page! 

We hope you had a wonderful Easter break and you have all enjoyed time with your families and loved ones. We are really looking forward to welcoming all of the children back to Hampton for an exciting term together!

This term we will be learning about the following:
Literacy: The Bee Who Spoke: A Nature Adventure by Al MacCuish & Poetry Pie by Roger McGough.

Maths: Measurement: Length and perimeter, Number: Fractions A & Measurement: Mass and capacity.

History: Roman civilisation: Why did the Romans settle in Britain?

Art: Painting – cloth, thread, paint (following Access Art).

Music: Bringing Us Together ( following Charanga).
Science: Plants: Plant reproduction (following Kapow).

Computing: Programming Animation Using Scratch (following MrPict).

P.S.H.E: Relationships (following Jigsaw).

R.E: Why is water symbolic? (following Kapow).

P.E: Cricket and Netball (following Greenacre P.E.).

M.F.L (French): Fruit and vegetables and Hungry Giant (following Primary Language Network).
