Welcome to the Year 3 website page! 

We hope you have had a fantastic half term break and you have all enjoyed time with your families and loved ones. We are really looking forward to welcoming all of the children back to Hampton for the second autumn term together!

This term we will be learning about the following:
Literacy: Stone Age Boy by Satoshi Kitamura

Reading: The Secrets of Stonehenge by Mick Manning.

Maths: Number:  Addition and Subtraction and Multiplication and Division.

Geography: Why are tropical forests important to us? (following Kapow).

Design Technology: Mechanical systems: Pneumatic toys (following Kapow).

Music: Glockenspiel Stage 1 ( following Charanga).
Science: Forces and space: Forces and magnets (following Kapow).

Computing: Data Handling Story Graphs using Seesaw (following MrPict).

P.S.H.E: Celebrating difference (following Jigsaw).

R.E: Where do we get our morals from? (following Kapow).

P.E: Tri-golf (following Greenacre P.E.).

M.F.L (French): Colours, firework colours, calendar (days of the week, months of the year and Christmas in France) following Primary Language Network.
